HOW IT WORKS
Inside your Knew House Membership
Knew House is a curated community for female entrepreneurs and executives who want meaningful conversation, relevant perspective, and connection with women who understand leadership at this stage.

Membership is ongoing and built around consistency, structure, and trust - not one-off events or open networking. The experience is anchored by Houses and supported by Events and Experiences.

Recognize
your need
To begin, submit an inquiry and complete an application. We’ll connect with you to understand your goals and assess alignment. Once accepted, your Knew House experience begins.
If you’ve reached a point in your career or business where traditional networking no longer serves you, that’s your cue. Knew House supports women navigating complexity - not just celebrating wins, but confronting friction, uncertainty, and the decisions that come with real leadership.

You might be asking yourself:
-
Where can I talk openly about what’s really going on?
-
Who understands the weight of the choices I face?
-
Where is a room that’s relevant, honest, and grounded?

When those questions start to feel familiar, it’s time to explore membership.
We make your
House
a home
After your application and interview, the Knew House team curates your membership experience.
From the details you provide, we thoughtfully place you into a House that aligns with your professional stage, your values, your ambitions, and your non-competition requirements.
No direct competitors, no conflict of interest — ever. This intentional placement protects the integrity of the room and ensures every connection feels relevant.

Before your first monthly meeting, you’ll be invited to your Housewarming — an opportunity to meet your House Lead and fellow members, learn how meetings are structured, and begin building familiarity and trust.

This is where the experience begins to feel like your room, not just a group.

You have a seat at the table
Once your membership begins, you’ll attend monthly House meetings with your curated group of 5–7 women from complementary industries.

Everyone gets space to be heard, challenged, and supported, in an environment that prizes depth over volume. This isn’t small talk. It’s a room where you do the work that actually moves you forward.

Professional Development
The professional development and growth of our members is very important to us. We bring in renowned speakers to spark inspiration, motivation, and provide actionable takeaways.

Past session topics have included negotiation, the power of storytelling, how to be a strong leader, burnout, and more.
Knew House is intentional because the room matters.

Unlike traditional networking where conversation is accidental and outcomes are uncertain, our community is:

-
curated for alignment and relevance
-
structured for depth and accountability
-
protected from competition, conflict, or noise

This allows conversations to stay grounded, honest, and rooted in lived experience, not obligation or surface engagement.

That’s why we don’t let membership happen by default. Each step of this process exists to protect and elevate the experience for everyone involved.
