Welcome to Knew House. We are a curated membership community for female entrepreneurs and executives. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you access our website, apply for membership, participate in Houses, attend events, or engage with any other Knew House experiences (collectively, the “Services”).

“Knew House”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Knew House Inc. “You” refers to any visitor, applicant, or member using the Services.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Membership, Registration & Accounts

Some parts of Knew House require an approved membership.

To become a member, you must complete an application and, if invited, go through our review process.

We may accept or decline applications at our discretion. Alignment and protection of the community are our priorities.

If accepted, you’ll be asked to set up an account or provide the information we need to manage your membership.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and current information

Keeping your login details private (where applicable)

Not sharing your account or membership access with anyone else

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or membership, contact us as soon as possible.

2. Access & Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use as a member or visitor.

You agree that you will not:

Use the Services for any illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory purpose

Pitch, solicit, or sell to other members in ways that violate our community norms

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

Interfere with the security, stability, or operation of our website, tools, or events

Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Services without our permission

3. Membership Fees & Payments

If you become a member, you agree to pay the membership fees that apply to your membership at the time you join or renew (“Membership Fees”).

Membership Fees will be clearly communicated to you before you commit.

Unless otherwise stated, Membership Fees are paid in advance (typically annually).

Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (for example, QuickBooks). We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

If we are unable to process your payment:

We may contact you to update your payment information.

We may suspend or cancel your membership if fees remain unpaid.

We may update Membership Fees from time to time and will inform current members in advance of renewal.

4. Member Responsibilities & Conduct
​
Knew House is built on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect.

As a member, you agree to:

Respect the confidentiality of anything shared in Houses, events, and community spaces

Participate thoughtfully and in alignment with our Community Guidelines

Show up in a way that supports the safety, dignity, and growth of others

Refrain from using the community primarily for selling, recruiting, or self-promotion

We may update or publish a Code of Conduct / Community Guidelines that forms part of these Terms. You agree to follow those guidelines as they evolve.

5. User Content
​
“User Content” means anything you share in connection with Knew House, including text, comments, photos, presentations, documents, or other materials.

You are responsible for your User Content and you confirm that:

You have the right to share it

It does not infringe anyone else’s rights

It does not contain illegal, abusive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate material

By sharing User Content with Knew House (for example, testimonials, quotes, case studies, or contributions in our spaces), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, and share that content in connection with operating and promoting Knew House. We will always aim to use your content respectfully and in line with our brand and values.
We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by or for Knew House — including our name, logo, website content, program materials, frameworks, and designs — belongs to Knew House or our licensors.

8. Suspension & Termination

You engage in harmful, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour

Fees remain unpaid after reasonable attempts to reach you

We decide to discontinue or change the Services

If we terminate your membership for serious breach (for example: harassment, breach of confidentiality, or harmful conduct), you may not be entitled to a refund.

You may request to end your membership by contacting us. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, Membership Fees are generally non-refundable once the membership year has begun.

Knew House offers community, programming, and opportunities for connection and perspective. We do not promise specific business, financial, or career outcomes.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that:

The website or platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

Participation in Knew House will result in any specific outcome

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knew House and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for:

Any damages exceeding the total Membership Fees you paid to Knew House in the three (3) months before the claim arose

If you are dissatisfied with the Services, your main remedy is to stop using them.

You agree to indemnify and hold Knew House and its team harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of:
