As Knew House continues to grow, so do the rooms we gather in.
This year, we're bringing Knew University to Canada.
Toronto is the natural place to begin. A city that allows us to gather, explore, and experience it through the women building within it.
Knew University is not a conference. It is a curated experience, and a retreat that allows you to step out of your day-to-day and connect with women across Knew House cities.
Attendees have the opportunity to spend time in conversations that don't typically happen in structured meetings or at traditional events.
This is where relationships deepen.
Where perspective shifts.
Where you get to be in the room, fully.

What to expect
a balance of structure, experience, and space.
You’ll hear from both guest speakers and Knew House members, bringing together outside perspective and the strength of the room itself.
Curated sessions and workshops
Small group conversations across cities
Experiences built around Toronto and its local businesses
Time to connect in a more natural, unstructured way
The Experience
Thursday, Oct 1st
Arrival & Welcome Dinner
We’ll begin with a dinner designed entirely around connection, facilitated by Dana Clarke, founder of Cool to Connect.
An opportunity to sit with women from different cities, facilitated in a way that allows conversations to go beyond the surface, right from the start.
Friday, Oct 2nd
Wellness & Full Day Session & Evening Experience
The day will begin with a wellness activity, creating space to reset before moving into a full-day workshop led by Sarah Gibbons, from LA, California.
In the evening, we’ll shift into something more relaxed and unexpected. An experience designed to bring the group together in a way that feels natural, fun, and a little different from anything we’ve done before.
Saturday, Oct 3rd
Experiences & Closing Dinner
Saturday will blend additional sessions from speakers, experiences, and time to explore.
This may include business tours, workshops, or city-led moments, with more details to come.
We’ll close the experience with a farewell dinner.
Our itinerary for Knew University is still a work in progress! We will be adding in more details, and event information.
WHY ATTEND?
Because stepping away matters.
Because the right room changes how you think.
Because there is value in being around women who understand what you’re navigating, without needing explanation.
Sarah Gibbons
Sarah Gibbons is a leadership coach, speaker, and founder of Sarah Gibbons & Co., a global coaching practice devoted to helping powerful people remember who they are and lead from that truth.
Her clients include organizations such as Amazon, Wieden+Kennedy, TBWA\Chiat\Day, The LA Clippers, and Goodby Silverstein & Partners, among others.
At Knew University, Sarah will lead a powerful workshop designed for women navigating growth, leadership, and the often uncomfortable space between who they’ve been and who they are becoming.
Together, members will explore where they may still be operating from outdated expectations, roles, or patterns they’ve already outgrown, and what it looks like to lead, work, and live from the level they have already stepped into.
Through reflection, conversation, and practical tools, this experience is designed to create greater clarity, ownership, energy, and aliveness, both personally and professionally.
Known for her ability to blend depth with directness, Sarah creates experiences that leave people feeling more awake, aligned, and connected to what’s next.
